Inspired by Robert Kiyosaki (Author, Rich dad poor dad) who believes that young learners need to be introduced to enterprise development at a very early age,the Experiential Learning Summer Lab on Business and Entrepreneurship is designed to acquaint urban children with necessary strategies and mindset to createtheir own enterprise.
The program is designed around hands-on business sessions, process execution and interactive sessions on kinds of business models. It equips enterprising children with skills to visualize, innovate, and create a business model with a prototype venture of their own.

Program Activities

  • I am an Entrepreneur’–Introduction to entrepreneurship and steps to create an enterprise assisted by speaker-cum-educator. First Phase of Ideation: my product/service!

  • ‘My Idea’ – Learners refine the idea, develop a model and business process.

  • ‘Product’ –With asmall initial capital investment, the learners develop the products/services they have conceptualized, manufacture them and promote the same.

  • ‘Accounting, Reflection’: Stock taking on the businesses they have created.

  • ‘Field Visit’ – Visit to a functioning enterprise, to learn behind-the-scenes, through interaction sessions with a live entrepreneur.

Program Details

Duration:

12 Modules to be scheduled as per requirement.

Where:

The program can be facilitated by experientialists from the institute at schools, housing complexes, summer centers etc.

When:

Scheduled as per need

Certificate:

Participants will receive a Certificate from Institute of Experiential Learning.

10-15 years
