Benefits for the learner:
Areas of Learner Development

MULTISENSORY AFFECTIVE, COGNITIVE AND PSYCHOMOTOR SKILLS: These are essential skills that enable growth and complement overall learning and development.

INSTRUMENTAL, INTERPERSONAL AND SYSTEMIC COMPETENCES:
This includes cognitive aspects from cultivating a quest for learning to communicating and collaborating with others to utilizing resources in creating solutions on a collective level.

APPLICATIVE, AUTONOMOUS AND CREATIVE EMPOWERMENT: This helps learners pick up habits of being creative in their thought and action.

VALUES, BELIEFS AND BEHAVIOURS: The Labs engage the learners in individual transformation beyond content knowledge and helps learners identify their place in the world in the long run.

ABSTRACT, SCIENTIFIC AND MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF THINKING: This enhances capabilities of problem-solving and knowledge retention. This in turn helps the students interpret and give structure and meaning to different things in life.

"Experience, either that of ourselves or of others, is the test or criterion of general knowledge; opposed to intuitionalism. Experientialism is in short, a philosophical or logical theory, not a psychological one.”

- G. C. Robertson

Engagement with Learning Labs

CURRICULUM ORIENTED EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING is the cutting edge in education today. INEXEL’s Learning Labs integrate seamlessly into school systems and schedules.

These programs do not draw on the human resource of the school; INEXEL WILL PROVIDE HIGHLY TRAINED EXPERIENTIALISTS (based on NCFTE 2012 guidelines) to conduct the Labs.

The Learning Labs are designed based on the NCERT prescribed curriculum in Mathematics, Science, EVS, Social Science, Language and  hence HELP SCHOOLS COMPLY WITH THE NCF 2005 GUIDELINES of cross-disciplinary and holistic education.

The Learning Labs can even be designed to be REVENUE POSITIVE FOR THE SCHOOL.

The school can observe the direct impact of the learning labs with the help of Reports on ASSESSMENT OF LEARNER DEVELOPMENT made available to the school periodically through the labs.

‘Learning Centric’ Approach

Emphasises on the ‘need to learn’ as much as on the learner and on the content in concern.

Studies on Organizational Behaviour and Experiential Education have proved that such learning is imprinted on and retained by the mind for much longer periods, thus resulting in better association of ideas, recall of details and solving of problems.
